DMCA & Copyright Policy
Version 2026-07-22 · Effective 22 July 2026
1. Our position
UtterDevs respects intellectual property rights and expects the same of every creator and studio on the platform. Listings that infringe copyright are removed, and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
2. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe work hosted or sold on UtterDevs infringes your copyright, submit a notice using the form below, including: identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing listing, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
3. What happens next
Valid notices result in prompt removal of the listing and notification of the seller, with the strike recorded on their account. Sales of the removed listing may be paused pending the outcome.
4. Counter-notices
A seller who believes a removal was mistaken may file a counter-notice with the same identifying details and consent to jurisdiction. Where the law requires, the listing is restored unless the original complainant initiates court proceedings.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts accumulating multiple valid copyright strikes are permanently closed, and associated payouts may be withheld to the extent the law allows.
