Refund Policy
Version 2026-07-22 · Effective 22 July 2026
1. Commissions and Buyer Protection
Commission payments are held in escrow under Buyer Protection until you approve the delivery. If a creator fails to deliver, or the delivery materially differs from the agreed brief, you can open a case and the held funds are eligible for a full or partial refund.
2. Digital shop purchases
Because shop assets are delivered instantly as digital downloads, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded — except where the asset is materially misdescribed, broken, or infringing, or where consumer law grants you a non-waivable right.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer they can take 5–10 business days to appear. Platform fees on fully refunded orders are returned; already-paid-out creator earnings may be recovered from the creator's balance.
4. Disputes
If buyer and creator disagree, either side can escalate to a dispute. Staff review the order history, deliverables, and conversation, and their resolution — release, partial refund, or full refund — is applied to the escrowed funds.
5. Chargebacks
Opening a card chargeback instead of using Buyer Protection may pause your account while it is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks result in permanent account closure.
