1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Commissionly account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to hold an account.
2. Accounts and roles
A single Commissionly account can act as a client, an individual developer, or a studio. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Commissions and payments
Commissionly facilitates commissions between clients and creators. Fees, buyer protection, payouts, and dispute handling are governed by the relevant in-product policies, which form part of these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent security, payment, or moderation systems.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
