Every Commissionly account can hire, but a few capabilities depend on your setup.

Client

The default. Post projects, hire developers, buy shop assets, and manage orders.

A client account with a public developer profile — a portfolio, skills, availability, and reviews that let clients find and hire you.

A team workspace. Studios invite members, take on projects on the organisation's behalf, and manage billing centrally.
